Exchange and Returns

Should an item be damaged or faulty on arrival a repair or replacement will be offered. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We hope you are delighted with your purchase but should you wish to exchange a piece we are happy to do so within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in the same condition that you received it. However we are unable to offer a refund.

Purchased Items

Please note that each piece is handmade by Marion Lebouteiller and therefore is unique. Slight variations are part of the handmade character of the work and they are likely to be expected.
